Asamoah Gyan's ex-wife will receive GHc 25,000 monthly, along with houses, a gas station, and cars, as awarded by the court in their divorce settlement.

The Accra court's decision on October 31, 2023, affirmed that Asamoah Gyan, the former Black Stars captain, is the biological father of Gifty Gyan's three children.



The court's decision, after a three-year legal battle, centered on the famous former Sunderland and Al Ain player, Africa's top scorer in a FIFA World Cup tournament. 

As per the verdict, Asamoah Gyan was ordered to provide Gifty Gyan, his ex-wife, with a monthly payment of twenty-five thousand Ghana Cedis (GHc25,000) for the care of their three children, excluding school fees, medical expenses, dental care, and travel costs associated with raising children. 

Additionally, Gifty received ownership of Asamoa

h Gyan's house in the UK, a four-bedroom house in Ghana, a gas station in Prampram, and a BMW car, leading to a public response from Asamoah Gyan on his social media platform with over one million followers
