Wife of Keche Andrews, Joanna enters politics, fight for parliamentary seat

Joana Gyan, the wife of Ghanaian pop musician Keche Andrew, has announced her intention to run as a member of the Ghanaian Parliament in the 2024 elections.



The CEO of the Golden Legacy Empire revealed in a post shared on her social media pages on Sunday, January 15, 2023, that she will be running as a delegate for the Central Assembly seat in Amenfi for the National Democratic Congress (NDC).


When creating the post, Joanna shared two different posters with her photo and NDC colors, adding the simple caption: "Please vote for me."




Many of her fans have taken to the comments section to congratulate her on this bold step and wish her the best.


The seat at Amenfi Central is currently occupied by Hon. Peter Yaw Kwakye-Ackah, who is also the National Democratic Party Member of Congress.
