THE GHANA HEALTH SERVICE (GHS) HAS CONFIRMED FIVE CASES OF MONKEYPOX VIRUS IN THE COUNTRY.

The cases have been confirmed in the Eastern, Greater Accra and Western Regions, GHS Chief Executive Dr.. Patrick Kuma-Aboagye told a press conference in Accra today.


No deaths were recorded among the cases, nor was anyone in critical condition.
