A Notable Ghanaian Afropop/ highlife musician, Rebecca Akosua Acheamponmaa Acheampong popularly known in the entertainment industry as Becca has won the admiration of her fans and social media users after she took to her social media page to share a video of herself demonstrating some gym workout moves to her fans. She also encouraged all her fans on social media to put all excuses aside and hit the gym for exercise, since exercises have a lot of health benefits. She made this known through a caption of the video as "Put all excuses aside and remember this: You are capable”.




In the video shared on her Instagram page, she was spotted in green gym leggings wear in an unknown gym center engaging in various gym activities such as barbell front squat, barbell walking lunge, bend and kick back, arm bent over dumbbell row, tire row and others.
