Musician and political activist Asare Obeng, popularly known as A Plus, has shared his thoughts on Sarkodie's decision to reject a pregnancy from Yvonne Nelson.
According to A Plus, Sarkodie made the best decision by not accepting the pregnancy, and here's why:
Yvonne Nelson had portrayed her mother as a superwoman who had done everything for her, even celebrating her on Father's Day.
However, her real father was not the man who had been in her life all along. On his sick bed, he revealed to her that he was not her biological father, and she later confirmed this with a DNA test. Her biological father was Peter Adjetey, the former speaker of Parliament.
However, even this DNA test was called into question, leaving the true identity of her father unknown. A Plus believes that if Sarkodie had accepted the pregnancy, the child's paternity would have been in question, and the book would have read, "Sarkodie is not my child's father. The real father is Inyanya or one of her many boyfriends."
A Plus also criticized Yvonne's mother for playing the victim and making an innocent man look bad, even though she knew the true identity of her daughter's father.
Despite this claim, Yvonne Nelson has yet to respond to A Plus's statements.
