"Shatta Michy, a public figure, declines to apologize to Medikal, stating that he had no authority to comment on her offspring."

Ghanaian television presenter Michy has finally responded to requests for her to apologize to Medikal. According to Shatta Wale's former partner, Medikal deserved whatever she did to him. The host of The Movement Showbiz stated that no one should judge her because they don't know what she's going through.

Diamond Michelle Gbagonah, better known as Shatta Michy, a Ghanaian media personality, has explained why she attacked Medikal. In April 2023, Shatta Michy embarrassed Medikal at an event.

Michy alleged that Medikal was spreading lies about her. She implied that the rapper claimed that Shatta Wale was paying for his son's school fees.

After rewatching the interview that sparked the altercation, it was discovered that Medikal was referring to his daughter, not Majesty.

In an interview with Andy Dosty on Adom TV, Michy maintained that she was justified in lambasting Medikal while recording the incident, which she posted online. She stated,

"I don't regret it. Why do you call it an attack? I hyped him. The issue is delicate. I haven't spoken about it much. The baby's father is involved, and I understand and know who he is as a person. Character, personality, mindset."

Michy went on to say that she did it to alleviate some of the stress she was experiencing. "You, on the other hand, have no right at all. You were talking about your daughter when no one asked you anything. It's a sensitive issue. It's more profound than that. I'm the only one who knows how much suffering I'm going through."

On Instagram, there were mixed reactions to Michy's behavior, with some people agreeing with her actions while others believed it was out of character for her.

One user, Akua_vuitton, expressed sympathy for Michy and wished ill on those who insulted her, stating, "I pray you taste whatever she’s going through in the mighty name of Jesus. Do not mock a pain you’ve not experienced."

In contrast, sexygangster criticized Michy for her lack of respect and expected an apology. Meanwhile, nana_yaw_gyamfi_lloyd_ commented on how women have become empowered but also expressed disappointment in Michy's behavior.
