“I won't take a salary of less than GH 600,000“ -Afia Schwarzenegger Braggs

Afia Swar, who is presently on vacation in Europe, stated in an interview with Zion Felix on YouTube that she would not perform on radio for less than 600,000 Ghana cedis, which is equal to 6 billion old cedis, without boasting.

She claims that the amount represents her two-year pay from Kasapa FM, an Accra-based radio station.

She claimed that she had gotten the money five years prior and that she wouldn't accept anything less for her two years of work.

Afia Schwarzenegger also claimed that she was the undisputed queen of mid-morning radio in Ghana, adding that if she were to accept another radio job, she would demand even more money.

“I will not take anything less than 1 billion now if I have to do radio again. At Kasapa, I demonstrated that I was the queen of mid-morning radio in Ghana. I could play the show and leave to go to town to see people who were listening to us. I am not boasting; my manager is Ben Duker, give it a try,” she said.

Despite having been off the airwaves for some time, Afia Schwarzenegger claims to be in high demand.

She claimed that the owners of Accra FM were eager to sign her up, but she had rebuffed their offers.
