Shatta Wale surprised himself with a brand new Range Rover on his birthday.

It was Shatta Wale's birthday and as usual, he had a lot planned.  He woke up early to make sure he had everything he needed for his big day; he even surprised himself with a new Range Rover on top!  The artist, who is often seen driving around in expensive cars, said that the car was a birthday gift from himself.  "I just picked it up today so I'm really excited about it," Shatta told rollingstone.com. “All SIM Cards that have been linked to Ghana Cards (i.e. completed Stage 1 registration), but have not completed their Stage 2 registration will be blocked from the end of October.  “This is not an extension of the deadline but a temporary moratorium to encourage these individuals to complete the process.
